At VelixarLab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our
Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was damaged during transit.
- The item is defective upon arrival.
- The item delivered does not match the item ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within
48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs
of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items
cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken or removed seals.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- COD orders refused at the time of delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours.
- Provide your order number, issue details, and photographs.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Return the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
of the outcome.

COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed
method. -
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was
caused by us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us
within 48 hours of delivery with supporting
photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or
refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders: Orders may be cancelled before
dispatch for a full refund.
Cash on Delivery Orders: COD orders may be cancelled
before dispatch. Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in
future COD restrictions.
7. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer
unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right
to deduct shipping and handling costs from any applicable refund.
